Donated from the personal archives of senior cabin crew Lazarus Shuib, this menu card showcased AirAsia’s origins as a full-service airline with DRB-HICOM. For a flight that was under 2 hours from Kuala Lumpur to Kuching, guests were served a three-course meal with dishes ranging from asparagus salad, seafood dumplings, baked fish with herbs, and ratatouille, a selection of fruit juice, bread rolls, and more.
