Presented by BAA London Stansted to commemorate AirAsia X’s inaugural flight to Stansted Airport, when we made history by being the first low-cost, long haul service connecting the UK to Asia. The route was serviced by an Airbus A340-300.

AirAsia Philippine Patriots: Champions Onboard

CAPA ‘Legend Award’ – BELIEVE (2009)

A congratulatory poster from 6500 Allstars to Tony Fernandes when he was the youngest recipient to be conferred the Legend Award by CAPA (Centre for Asia Pacific Aviation) in 2009. This ‘BELIEVE’ poster was inspired by Tony’s dare to dream spirit and the iconic stylised Barack Obama ‘Hope’ poster by artist Shepard Fairy. 

AirAsia Berhad Initial Public Offering (IPO)

On 22 November 2004, less than three years after AirAsia was bought over by Tune group, AirAsia was listed on Bursa Malaysia. It was the biggest Initial Public Offering that year. Read more about it here.

AirAsia launches world’s first airline SMS booking
